- Due to the nature of the product, exchange or refund is not possible in case of customer change of mind (impulsive purchase, loss of necessity).
- Please note that if opened or used product is sent, it will be returned to the sender.
- When the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's negligence. However, this excludes cases where the packaging, etc.,3 has been damaged to confirm the content of the product.
- In case the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
- In case of exchange or return due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip delivery fee of 5,000 won.
