If your order was interrupted in the process of cancellation or payment, you can request for re-issuing coupons.

(Please note that coupons will not be reissued automatically if customer directly cancel the order or interrupt the process.)

Discounted products are different from ordinary one, which quantity is limited.

Once the discounted product is sold out, it will be immediately disappeared on the site.

In the case of discounted product was placed by different customers at the same time, we will process with order time sequence.

(Same case, if there's only one discounted product left, we will contact customer directly to advice a full refund or exchange or change to deposit.
